Shipping & Delivery Policy

How and when we dispatch, what freight costs, and how long delivery takes. Last updated 26 August 2026.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in India from our base in Secunderabad, Telangana.

Export orders are not placed through this website. They are handled under a separate contract, with their own commercial terms, documentation and Incoterms — see our export supply page or write to us.

2. Dispatch timelines

Item typeDispatched within
Items held in stock with usNext working day
Standard catalogue items available through our supply partners2 to 5 working days
Items supplied against order7 to 15 working days
Non-standard, imported or made-to-order itemsAdvised individually before we accept the order

The window that applies to your order is stated on your order confirmation, not on this page. If we find after your order that an item will take longer than the confirmed window, we contact you with the revised date and you may cancel for a full refund.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM IST are taken up on the next working day.

We hold fast-moving items in stock at Secunderabad — those dispatch the next working day. Everything else we procure and dispatch quickly through channels we have used for years, and each product page states which applies.

3. Freight

  • Listed prices are delivered prices: freight to standard serviceable locations in India is included in the price.
  • For remote and ODA destinations — the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim, and the Andaman, Nicobar and Lakshadweep islands — freight is quoted separately and confirmed with you in writing before dispatch. You will not find an unexpected freight line on the invoice.
  • Where you prefer to use your own transporter freight-to-pay, tell us at the time of ordering and we will price the order ex-Secunderabad instead, so you are not charged for freight twice.
  • Insurance in transit is not included by default. If you want the consignment insured, ask before dispatch and we will arrange it at cost.

4. Carriers

We dispatch by established surface and air courier and by road transport operators, chosen to suit the weight, value and destination of the consignment. Small, high-value items such as surge protective devices normally go by courier; drums and bulk consignments go by road transport.

5. Indicative transit times

DestinationTypical transit after dispatch
Hyderabad & Secunderabad1 to 2 working days
Telangana & Andhra Pradesh2 to 3 working days
South India — Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala3 to 5 working days
Rest of India — metros and major industrial centres5 to 8 working days
North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, island territories8 to 12 working days

These are indicative and are the carrier’s performance, not a guarantee by us. Remote pin codes, ODA locations, e-way bill checks and seasonal congestion all add time.

6. Tracking

On dispatch we email you the invoice, the e-way bill where applicable, and the carrier’s docket or AWB number. We can also send it on WhatsApp if you prefer. If a consignment appears stuck, tell us — we chase the carrier on your behalf.

7. Delivery address

Please give a complete address with pin code, a landmark, and a contact person with a working mobile number. Factory and industrial-estate deliveries in particular fail without a named receiver.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and for someone being available to receive the goods. Where a consignment is returned undelivered or refused, or where re-booking or re-delivery charges arise from an incorrect or incomplete address, those charges are to your account, and re-dispatch freight is payable before we send it again.

8. Receiving the consignment

Before you sign:

  1. Count the packages against the carrier’s docket.
  2. Look at the outer packaging for damage, wetness or tampering.
  3. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery note before signing, and photograph the consignment as received.

Report damage or shortage to us within 48 hours. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Risk and title

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are handed to the carrier. Title passes on realisation of payment in full. Because orders on this channel are prepaid, title normally passes at dispatch.

10. Partial dispatch

Where part of a multi-item order is ready and the rest is not, we may dispatch in parts so you are not held up. We will tell you first, and you will not pay extra freight for a split we made for our own convenience.

11. Delays beyond our control

We are not liable for delay caused by carrier disruption, weather, strikes, roadblocks, regulatory or e-way bill checks, manufacturer shutdowns, or any of the force majeure events in clause 15 of our Terms & Conditions. We will keep you informed and press the carrier, but we cannot accept liability for consequential loss arising from a delayed delivery.
