Spare parts and on-site service for plastic injection moulding machines (IMMs) across Hyderabad's industrial clusters — Patancheru, Jeedimetla, IDA Bollaram, Nacharam, Kushaiguda, Cherlapally and Sanathnagar. We supply screw and barrel sets, heater bands, hot-runner spares, hydraulic seal kits and electrical-control parts, and dispatch on-site engineers for commissioning, breakdown response, preventive maintenance and oil-change service. Backed by our authorised lubricant portfolio so the hydraulic oil, gear oil and grease for the same machine come from the same vendor.
Request a Site Visit Breakdown Hotline: +91-9912825442Plastic processors lose money two ways — production hours lost to unplanned breakdowns, and cycle-time creep from worn spares left in service too long. The Hyderabad cluster has hundreds of IMMs from Toshiba / Shibaura, Ferromatik Milacron, Windsor, L&T-Demag, Jon Wai, Haitian, Husky and locally-built brands. The machines need spares and the spares need experienced hands.
A worn screw, a failed heater band or a leaking hydraulic seal can stop a 200-tonne machine for a full shift. Lost cycles compound: missed dispatch, customer penalty, reactive sourcing of spares at premium prices.
Worn screw flights, glazed barrels and degraded check rings slowly extend cycle times. The drift is invisible day-to-day but, over a quarter, can cost 8–15% of throughput. Most operators don't catch it until the part-quality complaints start.
OEM spares for older or imported IMMs are often long-lead, expensive, or no-longer-stocked. Local manufacture or refurbishment is possible but requires technical judgment to avoid mis-matched dimensions or material substitutions that cause downstream failure.
IMM hydraulic systems are sensitive to oil cleanliness, water contamination and viscosity drift. Most breakdown events trace back to lubrication discipline — but the lube vendor and the spares vendor are usually different people, with no shared accountability.
PM schedules exist on paper but slip in practice — heater-band thermocouple checks, hydraulic-filter changes, ejector lubrication, mould-tool fastener torque audits. Without an external technical partner, PMs become reactive.
Hot-runner manifolds, valve gates, ejector pins, slide cores and water-line cleaning need specialist attention. Plant teams handle simple spares but defer the deeper mould-tool service — until a part-quality issue forces it.
Sourced from OEM-authorised channels where available, refurbished by certified workshops where economical, or locally manufactured to original-equipment specification. Every spare ships with material certificates and dimensional inspection reports.
Bimetallic and nitrided screws, screws with hard-faced flights for filled and abrasive polymers, replacement barrels, check rings, non-return valves, screw-tip assemblies. Diameters from 22 mm through 130 mm+ for clamp tonnages 50T through 1000T+.
Mica-insulated and ceramic heater bands, nozzle heaters, mould-tool heater bands. J-type and K-type thermocouples for barrel-zone, nozzle and mould-temperature feedback. Custom-bore sizing and split-design for in-place replacement without screw pull.
Hot-runner manifold heaters, nozzle tips, valve gates, valve-pin bushings, manifold thermocouples, heater cartridges. Replacement parts for major hot-runner systems used in the Patancheru / Jeedimetla cluster.
Cylinder seal kits for clamp, injection, ejection and core-pull cylinders. Polyurethane and PTFE-energised seals for high-pressure and high-temperature service. Wear bands, rod wipers, piston seals — sourced as kits or as individual parts.
Solenoid valves, proportional valves, pressure-transducer replacements, limit switches, photocell sensors, contactors, relays, panel-meters. For older machines, refurbished or equivalent-replacement parts where OEM is no longer available.
Ejector pins (standard & custom), guide pins & bushings, leader pins, return springs, locating rings, sprue bushes. Hardened-steel, nitrided and DLC-coated options for high-cycle production tools.
Hydraulic-system filters (return-line, pressure-line, suction strainers), mould-cooling water-line filters, replacement hoses for hydraulic, water and air. ISO 4406 cleanliness-target sizing for sensitive servo-hydraulic IMMs.
From our authorised brand portfolio — Castrol Hyspin / Tribol hydraulic oils (via Vasundhara Specialities), GS Caltex hydraulic and gear oils, Balmerol Catmatsu HTX hydraulic, SELCO synthetic specialty greases for tie-bar nuts, ejector mechanisms and toggle bushings. Single-vendor sourcing for spares + lubricants.
Toggle bushings, tie-bar nuts, alignment plates, link arms, pivot pins. Wear analysis and replacement service for toggle-clamp IMMs where misalignment causes mould-tool damage and cycle-time drift.
Field-engineering response — commissioning, breakdown, preventive maintenance, mould-tool service and lubrication-discipline programs. Our engineers are based in Hyderabad and can be on-site in the Patancheru / Jeedimetla / IDA Bollaram corridor within hours of a call.
New-machine commissioning, used-machine relocation and re-commissioning. Hydraulic flushing to ISO cleanliness target, heater-band calibration, parameter setup, dry-cycle trials and first-shot validation. Handover with PM schedule and parameter-recording sheet.
Telephone diagnosis first — many issues resolve over a call without site visit. If site visit needed, engineer dispatched same-day for Hyderabad-cluster customers. Spares carried in van for common failure modes (heater bands, thermocouples, seal kits, solenoids).
Quarterly or half-yearly PM contracts — heater-band check, thermocouple verification, hydraulic-oil sampling, filter replacement, fastener-torque audit, toggle & tie-bar wear inspection, cooling-line flushing. Documented PM report after every visit.
Drain, vacuum-clean, flush with low-viscosity flush fluid, refill with fresh hydraulic oil from our authorised lubricant portfolio. ISO 4406 oil-cleanliness measurement on incoming and outgoing oil. Particle-count report provided for ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 documentation.
Hot-runner cleaning, valve-gate inspection, water-line de-scaling, ejector-mechanism overhaul, sliding-core lubrication, fastener-torque check. Performed at customer site or coordinated with mould-tool specialist workshops in the cluster.
Site lubrication audit — identify all lube points on every IMM, recommend correct grade and re-lube interval, train operator-side maintenance staff. Combines with our authorised lubricant portfolio for end-to-end accountability: same vendor for spares, oil and grease.
A clear, predictable process — same as our authorised-distributor side, with documented hand-off at every stage so plant maintenance, stores and accounts know exactly what is happening.
Initial site visit by our engineer. Asset register of all IMMs (make, tonnage, year, drive type), current PM schedule, recent failure log, current lubricant brands and change intervals. No commitment, no charge — output is a written observation report.
For each machine, identify likely-needed spares over the next 12 months — heater bands, thermocouples, seal kits, screw-tip assemblies. Quote with sourcing detail (OEM authorised, refurbished or equivalent-manufactured) and lead time per item. Buyer chooses what to stock vs. order on demand.
Quarterly or half-yearly PM contract structured around your production calendar — visits scheduled outside production-critical windows. Fixed-fee per machine per visit, transparent scope, documented report. Cancellable at quarter-end, no lock-in.
Critical fast-moving spares (heater bands, thermocouples, seal kits) stocked in our Secunderabad warehouse for same-day dispatch. Slow-moving / specialised spares (custom screws, OEM electronics) ordered on indent with disclosed lead time.
Dedicated WhatsApp + voice line for IMM breakdown calls — telephone diagnosis first, site visit if needed. Spares from our stock or from authorised-channel indent depending on item. Documented service report after every visit, signed by both engineer and customer maintenance head.
Quarterly review meeting — failure-mode trends, recurring spare-replacement patterns, lubrication-discipline improvements, PM-effectiveness metrics. Recommendations for capital upgrades (e.g., servo-pump retrofit, hot-runner replacement) where the math supports it.

Common questions from injection-moulding plant managers and stores teams in the Hyderabad cluster.
No. We are an independent injection-moulding-machine spares and service provider, not an OEM-appointed service partner for any specific machine brand. Our spares are sourced through OEM-authorised channels where available, refurbished by certified workshops where economical, or locally manufactured to original-equipment specification — disclosed transparently per item on every quotation. Customers with active OEM AMC contracts should continue using their OEM service for warranty-impacting work.
We service the brands most common in the Hyderabad cluster — Toshiba / Shibaura, Ferromatik Milacron, Windsor, L&T-Demag, Jon Wai, Haitian, Husky, Krauss-Maffei, Negri Bossi, Boy, Wittmann Battenfeld, and locally-built IMM brands (Electronica, Klockner, etc.). Spare-availability and lead time vary by brand and model age — confirmed on each quotation.
Both — disclosed transparently per item. For machines under warranty or with active OEM AMC, we recommend OEM-authorised parts. For older machines or where OEM spares are no longer stocked / are uneconomical, we offer refurbished OEM parts (from certified rebuilders) or locally-manufactured equivalents to original-equipment dimensional and material specification. Every quote shows which option each line item is.
Best-effort yes, via our breakdown hotline. Telephone diagnosis is available extended hours; site visits depend on engineer availability and travel feasibility. Customers on a PM contract get priority for breakdown response. We do not commit to 24x7 SLA in our standard offering — but in practice the majority of after-hours calls from Patancheru / Jeedimetla / IDA Bollaram receive same-day or next-morning response.
Yes, structured as a quarterly or half-yearly PM contract rather than a 24x7 AMC. Fixed fee per machine per visit, transparent scope (heater-band check, thermocouple verification, hydraulic-oil sampling, filter replacement, fastener-torque audit, toggle & tie-bar inspection, cooling-line flush), documented report. Spares replaced during PM are quoted separately, not bundled into the PM fee — so the customer always sees true spare-spend.
Single-vendor accountability. The hydraulic oil, gear oil, ejector grease and toggle-bushing grease for the same IMM all come from our authorised lubricant portfolio (Castrol via Vasundhara Specialities, GS Caltex, Balmerol, SELCO). When a hydraulic-system issue arises, oil-discipline factors and spare-failure factors get diagnosed by the same vendor — no finger-pointing between the lube supplier and the spares supplier. Plant maintenance heads tell us this is one of the most useful aspects of the offering.
Yes for routine hot-runner spare supply (manifold heaters, nozzle tips, valve-pin bushings, manifold thermocouples, heater cartridges) and for routine cleaning & valve-gate inspection. For deeper hot-runner overhauls — specialist tooling and cleaning processes — we coordinate with mould-tool specialist workshops in the cluster while remaining the customer's single point of contact.
Every site visit ends with a signed service report — dated, with engineer name, list of work performed, spares consumed, hydraulic-oil cleanliness measurements where taken, photographs of replaced wear parts, and recommendations for the next PM cycle. The report is suitable for ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / pharma plant maintenance documentation. Soft copy emailed within 48 hours.
