1. Who we are

This website, vasundharaperformance.com, is owned and operated by Vasundhara Performance Solutions Pvt Ltd (CIN U74999TG2016PTC112235), an industrial supply company with its registered office at H.No. 10-2-309, Flat No. 201, Sudha Vaishnavi Residency, Street No. 4, West Marredpally, Secunderabad, Telangana – 500026, India.

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company. “You” means anyone who visits this site, sends us an enquiry, downloads a catalogue, or places an order through it.

2. Scope

This policy applies to this website and to any order placed through it. We supply industrial goods to businesses, so most of the information we hold is business information — company names, GST numbers, delivery addresses. Where that information identifies an individual, it is personal data, and this policy explains how we handle it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.

3. What we collect

Information you give us

• Name, company or organisation name, and designation
• Email address and telephone or WhatsApp number
• GSTIN, billing address and delivery address
• The content of your enquiry, quotation request or order — part numbers, quantities, application details
• Details supplied when downloading a technical catalogue or datasheet

Order and payment information

When you place a prepaid order, we record what was ordered, the invoice raised against it, and a transaction reference returned by our payment provider.

We do not collect, see or store your card number, CVV, UPI ID, net-banking credentials or any other payment credential. Payment is completed on the payment provider’s own secure, PCI-DSS compliant page. All we receive back is a success or failure result and a reference number.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we log IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page and referring source. This is done through Google Analytics 4 and through Cloudflare, which also serves and protects the site. It is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to detect abuse.

4. Why we use it

• To answer enquiries and prepare quotations
• To process, confirm, invoice and dispatch orders
• To raise a valid GST tax invoice in your name
• To meet statutory record-keeping obligations under GST law and the Companies Act, 2013
• To handle warranty claims, technical clarifications and after-sales support
• To send service communications about an order you have placed — confirmation, dispatch, tracking
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraudulent orders
• To understand site usage in aggregate and improve our technical content

We send commercial or promotional messages only where you have asked for them or where you are an existing customer and the message concerns goods of the kind we already supply you. Every such message carries a way to stop receiving them.

5. Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

• Our payment provider, to process a prepaid order
• Courier and transport operators, to deliver your consignment — name, address, phone and consignment details
• The manufacturer or its authorised channel, where a warranty claim or a technical clarification cannot be resolved without it
• Our chartered accountants and auditors, as part of statutory audit and filing
• Government or judicial authorities, where we are required by law to disclose

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries and quotation records — 24 months from last contact
• Order, invoice and tax records — 8 years, as required under GST and company law
• Website analytics — 14 months, in aggregated form

Where we no longer need information and are not required to retain it, we delete it or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:

• Ask what personal data of yours we hold and how we have used it
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
• Ask us to erase personal data we no longer need, subject to our statutory retention duties
• Withdraw a consent you previously gave, at any time
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf
• Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unsatisfied

We acknowledge every grievance within 3 working days and resolve it within 30 days.

9. Cookies

We use two kinds of cookie. Essential cookies keep the site working and protect it against abuse; these cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies tell us, in aggregate, which pages people read. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not stop you using any part of this site.

10. Security

The entire site is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption, behind Cloudflare. Payment credentials never reach our servers. Access to order and customer records is limited to the people who need it to do their work. That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

This is a business-to-business industrial supply site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last revised. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be notified to customers by email.
