GeM (Government e-Marketplace) is the unified portal for government buyers. VPS is registered on GeM as a Pvt Ltd supplier and supplies under the standard procurement formats: Direct Purchase (under threshold), Bidding (L1 selection), Reverse Auction, and Rate Contract. What compliance documentation do you provide for refinery and PSU tenders?
For refinery tenders we provide OEM authorisation letters (HD Fire Protect, lubricant brands), type-test reports, BIS/IS standard compliance reports, NFPA/FM/UL listings where applicable, OISD-116 / OISD-189 compliance statements, past performance documentation, ITP (Inspection & Test Plan), and MSME/GeM/Udyam certificates. For general PSU procurement we add Form-MSME Samadhan-1, GFR-2017 deferred payment compliance, and standard GeM seller documentation. Full documentation pack within 24-48 hours of pre-bid request.
Can you handle combined fire-protection plus lubricant supply on one tender?
