Can the King Cut series cut stainless steel and aluminium, not just mild steel?
Yes — all King Cut models cut mild steel, stainless steel (grades 304, 316, 321, 409), aluminium, brass, and copper. Cutting speed and edge quality vary by material thickness and plasma source. For best edge quality on stainless and aluminium thicker than 12 mm, the Hypertherm XPR plasma source (offered as an upgrade on Edge models) delivers cleaner cuts with minimal post-finishing required.
Do you offer installation, commissioning and training?
Yes. As authorised Ador dealer, we deliver full turnkey installation: site survey, foundation specifications, machine installation, electrical commissioning, plasma source setup, initial CNC programming setup (typically Linux-based CAM software from Ador or third-party like CypTube/SigmaNEST), and 1-3 days of operator training depending on model. Most installations are commissioned within 7-14 days of machine delivery.
What spare parts do King Cut machines need, and do you stock them?
Routine consumables: torch electrodes, nozzles, swirl rings, retaining caps, shield caps (replaced every 4-8 hours of cutting depending on amperage).
