Metalworking & process fluids
Soluble, semi-synthetic and synthetic coolants, neat cutting oils, forming oils, rust preventives and industrial cleaners.
Welding consumables
Mild-steel, low-hydrogen, stainless and hardfacing electrodes, MIG/MAG wires, TIG rods and SAW flux — quoted against the AWS or EN ISO classification you specify.
Welding & cutting equipment
Inverter welding machines, plasma and CNC cutting, fume extraction.
Fire protection equipment
Hydrant and landing valves, hoses and couplings, branch pipes and nozzles, sprinklers, foam equipment, extinguishers.

United Arab Emirates
Ports and routes: Jebel Ali, Khalifa Port, Sharjah
The India–UAE CEPA has been in force since 1 May 2022. With a preferential Certificate of Origin under the agreement, many industrial lines enter at a reduced or zero rate instead of the 5% GCC common tariff — check your HS code.
Saudi Arabia
Ports and routes: Dammam, Jeddah, Jubail
Lubricating oils are a regulated product: each consignment needs a SABER shipment certificate against a product certificate of conformity to the SASO technical regulation, and labels in Arabic. Tell us at enquiry and we provide the test reports and safety data sheets the certification body asks for.
Oman
Ports and routes: Sohar, Salalah
The India–Oman CEPA entered into force on 1 June 2026, so a preferential Certificate of Origin now applies to Oman as well.
Qatar
Ports and routes: Hamad Port
No bilateral agreement: the standard chamber-issued Certificate of Origin, attested where the buyer’s customs asks for it.
Kuwait
Ports and routes: Shuwaikh, Shuaiba
Standard Certificate of Origin; invoice and origin certificate legalised where required. We arrange chamber and embassy attestation.
Bahrain
Ports and routes: Khalifa bin Salman Port
Standard Certificate of Origin; often consolidated with a UAE or Saudi consignment.
What changes for a Gulf order
- Arabic labelling. Saudi Arabia requires it for lubricants and many chemical products; other states ask for it case by case. We can apply importer-supplied labels before the goods leave India, so nothing has to be relabelled in a bonded warehouse.
- Heat. Summer ambient in the Gulf changes the grade: higher-viscosity gear and hydraulic oils, high-dropping-point greases, and drums stored in shade. We specify for the site, not for an Indian catalogue.
- Mixed containers. Most industrial lubricants are not dangerous goods for sea freight, so oils, welding consumables and fire equipment can share one container. Classified items — some aerosols and solvent cleaners — go with the proper declaration and UN packing.
Documents with every shipment
- Commercial invoice and packing list, drum and pallet marks as you specify
- Certificate of Origin — the preferential certificate wherever an agreement with India applies, otherwise the standard chamber certificate
- Safety data sheet for every item; test certificates or certificates of analysis where applicable
- UN-approved packing and declarations for anything hazard-classified
- Incoterms — EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF

Questions from Middle East & GCC buyers
Can you supply lubricants into Saudi Arabia with SABER certification?
Yes. Lubricating oils need a product certificate of conformity to the SASO technical regulation and a SABER shipment certificate for each consignment, with Arabic labels. The importer applies on SABER; we supply the test reports, safety data sheets and label artwork the certification body asks for, and we tell you at quotation if a grade has not been certified before.
Do goods from India pay lower duty in the UAE and Oman?
Often, yes. The India-UAE CEPA (in force since 1 May 2022) and the India-Oman CEPA (in force since 1 June 2026) reduce or remove duty on many industrial lines against the 5% GCC common tariff, provided the shipment carries a preferential Certificate of Origin. Can you put lubricants, welding consumables and fire equipment in one container?
Yes, that is the point of the service. Most industrial lubricants are not dangerous goods for sea freight, so mixed categories can share a container. Classified items such as some aerosols travel with the correct declaration and UN-approved packing.
Are you an authorised distributor for any brand in the GCC?
No. We are an Indian supplier exporting what we source in India, and we do not hold Gulf distribution rights for any brand. Where a maker restricts export of a product, we tell you at quotation rather than after the order.
