Hydraulic, gear, circulating, compressor, turbine and slideway oils; greases (lithium, lithium-complex, calcium-sulfonate, high-temperature); heat-transfer and quenching oils.
Metalworking & process fluids
Soluble, semi-synthetic and synthetic coolants, neat cutting oils, forming oils, rust preventives and industrial cleaners.
Welding consumables
Mild-steel, low-hydrogen, stainless and hardfacing electrodes, MIG/MAG wires, TIG rods and SAW flux — quoted against the AWS or EN ISO classification you specify.
Fire protection equipment
Hydrant and landing valves, hoses and couplings, branch pipes and nozzles, sprinklers, foam equipment, extinguishers.

Lubricants and oils need a declaration of conformity to the Eurasian technical regulation TR CU 030/2012 and EAC marking, made by the importer. We supply the test reports and safety data sheets for it, and Russian-language labels you approve.

What we supply, and what we decline
- Indian-made only. We supply goods manufactured in India by Indian makers. We do not supply goods of European, UK, US, Japanese or Korean origin, or Indian-made goods whose maker restricts their resale to this region.
- Categories we decline. We do not export electrical or electronic equipment, surge protection, welding or cutting machines, machine tools, or anything on India’s SCOMET dual-use list to Russia, whatever its origin.
- Screening. Every buyer and end user is screened against the sanctions lists our bank and freight forwarder apply, and we do not supply for military or defence end use. If an order cannot pass, we say so at the enquiry stage.
- Payment. Advance payment through a banking channel our bank accepts — including settlement in Indian rupees through a Special Rupee Vostro Account at an authorised Indian bank. No cash, no third-party payers.
Documents with every shipment
- Commercial invoice and packing list, drum and pallet marks as you specify
- Certificate of Origin — the preferential certificate wherever an agreement with India applies, otherwise the standard chamber certificate
- Safety data sheet for every item; test certificates or certificates of analysis where applicable
- UN-approved packing and declarations for anything hazard-classified
- Incoterms — EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF

Can you export industrial lubricants from India to Russia?
Yes, for lubricants, greases, metalworking fluids, welding consumables and fire protection equipment manufactured in India by Indian makers. Every buyer and end user is screened first, and we do not supply for military or defence end use.
How do Russian buyers pay?
In advance, through a banking channel our bank accepts. That includes settlement in Indian rupees through a Special Rupee Vostro Account at an authorised Indian bank. We do not accept cash or payment from third parties.
Do lubricants from India need certification in Russia?
Yes. Lubricants, oils and special fluids need a declaration of conformity to the Eurasian technical regulation TR CU 030/2012 and EAC marking. The importer is the declarant; we supply the test reports, safety data sheets and Russian-language labels it needs.
Why will you not supply some products to Russia?
We only ship goods made in India by Indian manufacturers, and we do not export electrical or electronic equipment, surge protection, welding or cutting machines, machine tools or dual-use items to Russia. Goods of European, UK, US, Japanese or Korean origin often carry contractual or legal restrictions on resale to Russia, and we will not put a buyer or a maker in breach of them.
