Industrial Supplies from India to Europe and the UK
We supply industrial lubricants, metalworking fluids, welding consumables and plant consumables from India to buyers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the EFTA states. Most of our European buyers are maintenance departments, Indian-owned plants and project contractors who want a grade they already know, or a consolidated shipment from one Indian supplier.
Europe is a regulated market, so this page says plainly what we can ship, what has to be in place on your side, and what we do not offer there. Enquiries get a reply within 24 hours.
What we ship to Europe & UK
Industrial lubricants
Hydraulic, gear, circulating, compressor, turbine and slideway oils; greases (lithium, lithium-complex, calcium-sulfonate, high-temperature); heat-transfer and quenching oils.
Metalworking & process fluids
Soluble, semi-synthetic and synthetic coolants, neat cutting oils, forming oils, rust preventives and industrial cleaners.
Welding consumables
Mild-steel, low-hydrogen, stainless and hardfacing electrodes, MIG/MAG wires, TIG rods and SAW flux — quoted against the AWS or EN ISO classification you specify.
Spares & plant consumables
Maintenance aerosols, anti-seize and anti-spatter compounds, and the small items that would otherwise ship separately.

European Union
Ports and routes: Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg; Genoa and Valencia for the south
The EU–India free trade agreement was concluded in January 2026 but is not yet in force. Until it is, goods from India enter on the tariff treatment that applies today. We will update this page when it takes effect.
United Kingdom
Ports and routes: Felixstowe, London Gateway, Southampton
The India–UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement entered into force on 15 July 2026. Preference is claimed with the proof of origin the agreement provides, which we prepare with the shipment.
EFTA — Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein
Ports and routes: Via Rotterdam or Hamburg
The India–EFTA Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement has been in force since 1 October 2025, with preferential origin certificates.
What has to be in place for Europe
- REACH and UK REACH. The importer of record in the EU or UK is responsible for registering substances brought in at a tonne or more a year, unless the maker has appointed an only representative who covers the grade. Tell us your annual tonnage and we check with the maker before quoting.
- CLP labels and safety data sheets. Oils and fluids placed on the European market need CLP hazard labelling in the local language and an EU-format safety data sheet. We supply the maker’s data and can apply the labels you approve before dispatch.
- Welding consumables for structural work. Consumables used in construction works need CE marking to EN 13479 under the Construction Products Regulation. We quote only grades whose maker’s certificate shows the classification and marking you need.
- What we do not offer in Europe. Fire protection equipment made in India is built to Indian (IS) standards; installations in the EU require CE-marked equipment to the EN standards, so we do not offer it for European sites. Surge protection is best bought locally in Europe.
Documents with every shipment
- Commercial invoice and packing list, drum and pallet marks as you specify
- Certificate of Origin — the preferential certificate wherever an agreement with India applies, otherwise the standard chamber certificate
- Safety data sheet for every item; test certificates or certificates of analysis where applicable
- UN-approved packing and declarations for anything hazard-classified
- Incoterms — EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF
- Payment — Advance TT, a letter of credit at sight, or part advance with the balance against documents; US dollars as standard, euros or sterling on request. See export payment terms.

Questions from Europe & UK buyers
Is the EU-India free trade agreement in force?
Not yet. Negotiations were concluded in January 2026 and the agreement is going through signature and ratification. Until it enters into force, goods from India enter the EU on the tariff treatment that applies today. The India-UK agreement (in force since 15 July 2026) and the India-EFTA agreement (in force since 1 October 2025) already apply.
Who handles REACH registration for lubricants imported from India?
The EU or UK importer of record is responsible for registering substances imported at one tonne or more a year, unless the non-EU maker has appointed an only representative who covers the grade. Tell us your annual tonnage and we check with the maker before quoting, so there is no surprise at customs.
Can you supply CE-marked welding consumables?
Only where the maker holds CE marking to EN 13479 for that grade. We quote against the EN ISO or AWS classification you specify and supply only when the maker certificate shows it.
Do you export fire protection equipment to Europe?
No. Indian fire equipment is built to Indian standards, and installations in the EU require CE-marked equipment to the EN standards. We would rather say so now than ship something that cannot be installed.
