Industrial Supplies from India to Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Latin America

We ship industrial lubricants, metalworking fluids, welding consumables, fire protection and surge protection from India to South and Central America. You send the specification, quantity and port; we source in India, consolidate the categories into one shipment and send the complete document set.

Latin America is a long sea leg from India, so consolidation matters: one container with several product categories costs far less per item than separate shipments. We plan around the sailing schedule and confirm the shipment date before you pay. Enquiries go to our export desk and get a reply within 24 hours.

What we ship to Latin America

Lubricants

Hydraulic, gear and compressor oils and greases for sugar and ethanol mills, mining, steel and process plants, with Portuguese or Spanish labels applied in India where the importer needs them.

Metalworking and process fluids

Coolants, neat cutting oils, forming oils, rust preventives and industrial cleaners, consolidated into the same container as the lubricants.

Welding consumables and cutting

Electrodes, MIG/MAG wires, TIG rods and SAW flux quoted against the AWS or EN ISO classification you specify; plasma and CNC cutting equipment.

Fire and surge protection

Hydrant and landing valves, hoses, sprinklers and foam equipment; Type 1, 2 and 3 surge protection devices, solar PV and data-line protectors.

Country by country

Brazil

Ports and routes: Santos, Paranaguá, Itajaí

Lubricants sold in Brazil must be registered with the ANP by the importer, with labels in Portuguese. The India–MERCOSUR preferential trade agreement gives a tariff preference on a limited list of lines.

Argentina

Ports and routes: Buenos Aires

The India–MERCOSUR preferential trade agreement covers a limited list of lines; otherwise the standard chamber Certificate of Origin.

Mexico

Ports and routes: Manzanillo, Veracruz, Lázaro Cárdenas

Spanish labelling where the importer’s NOM requirements apply. Standard Certificate of Origin.

Chile

Ports and routes: San Antonio, Valparaíso

The India–Chile preferential trade agreement covers a list of lines with a preferential Certificate of Origin.

Peru

Ports and routes: Callao

Standard Certificate of Origin; Spanish documentation where the importer asks for it.

Colombia

Ports and routes: Cartagena, Buenaventura

Standard Certificate of Origin; Spanish documentation where the importer asks for it.

What changes for an order to Latin America

  • Labels in Portuguese or Spanish. We apply importer-supplied labels before the goods leave India, so nothing has to be relabelled at destination.
  • Longer transit. The sea leg is long and often tranships, so we pack for it: sealed drums, stretch-wrapped pallets and marks the importer specifies.
  • Mixed containers. Most industrial lubricants are not dangerous goods for sea freight, so oils, welding consumables and fire equipment can share one container. Classified items travel with the correct declaration and UN-approved packing.

Documents with every shipment

  • Commercial invoice and packing list, drum and pallet marks as you specify
  • Certificate of Origin — the preferential certificate wherever an agreement with India applies, otherwise the standard chamber certificate
  • Safety data sheet for every item; test certificates or certificates of analysis where applicable
  • UN-approved packing and declarations for anything hazard-classified
  • Incoterms — EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF
  • Payment — Advance TT or a letter of credit at sight; invoicing in US dollars. See export payment terms.
  • Verified exporter — IEC-registered with AD code; D-U-N-S 860399487; CIN U74999TG2016PTC112235

Questions from Latin America buyers

Can you supply lubricants into Brazil?

Yes. Lubricants sold in Brazil must be registered with the ANP by the importer and labelled in Portuguese. We supply the technical data and safety data sheets the registration needs, and apply the labels before shipment.

Do goods from India pay lower duty in Brazil, Argentina or Chile?

For some lines. The India–MERCOSUR and India–Chile preferential trade agreements cover a limited list of products. Send your HS codes and we will confirm which lines qualify for a preferential Certificate of Origin.

Is it worth shipping a small order to Latin America?

Usually only when several items are consolidated. Tell us everything you need from India and we will quote one consolidated shipment, which spreads the freight across the order.

Do you sell on open account or credit?

No. Export orders are paid by advance TT or by a letter of credit at sight, invoiced in US dollars. We confirm the price, Incoterm and shipment date in a proforma invoice before you pay.

Are you an authorised distributor for any brand in Latin America?

No. We are an Indian supplier exporting what we source in India, and we do not hold distribution rights for any brand in Latin America. Where a maker restricts export of a product, we tell you at quotation rather than after the order.

Send your Latin America requirement

Product and quantity, destination port and your preferred Incoterm — that is enough for us to quote. Reply within 24 hours.
