Industrial Supplies from India to Australia and New Zealand
We ship industrial lubricants, metalworking fluids, welding consumables, fire protection and surge protection from India to Australia and New Zealand. You send the specification, quantity and port; we source in India, consolidate the categories into one shipment and send the complete document set.
The India–Australia ECTA has been in force since 29 December 2022, so many industrial lines from India enter Australia at a reduced or zero rate with a preferential Certificate of Origin. Enquiries go to our export desk and get a reply within 24 hours.

Country by country
Australia
Ports and routes: Melbourne, Sydney (Port Botany), Brisbane, Fremantle
With the India–Australia ECTA Certificate of Origin, many industrial lines enter at a preferential rate — check your HS code. Electrical items that fall under the Electrical Equipment Safety System are registered by the Australian importer as the responsible supplier; we provide the test reports.
New Zealand
Ports and routes: Auckland, Tauranga, Lyttelton
Standard Certificate of Origin unless a preferential scheme applies to your HS code. Biosecurity rules on packaging and container cleanliness apply as for Australia.
What changes for an order to Australia & NZ
- Biosecurity. Timber pallets and crates are ISPM 15 treated and marked, and containers go clean; untreated wood or soil on packaging leads to inspection, treatment or re-export at destination.
- Safety data sheets. Hazardous chemicals need safety data sheets to the GHS format used in Australia and New Zealand; tell us at enquiry if your site needs a specific format.
- Mixed containers. Most industrial lubricants are not dangerous goods for sea freight, so oils, welding consumables and fire equipment can share one container. Classified items travel with the correct declaration and UN-approved packing.
Documents with every shipment
- Commercial invoice and packing list, drum and pallet marks as you specify
- Certificate of Origin — the preferential certificate wherever an agreement with India applies, otherwise the standard chamber certificate
- Safety data sheet for every item; test certificates or certificates of analysis where applicable
- UN-approved packing and declarations for anything hazard-classified
- Incoterms — EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF
- Payment — Advance TT or a letter of credit at sight; invoicing in US dollars. See export payment terms.
- Verified exporter — IEC-registered with AD code; D-U-N-S 860399487; CIN U74999TG2016PTC112235
Questions from Australia & NZ buyers
Do goods from India pay lower duty in Australia?
Often, yes. The India–Australia ECTA has been in force since 29 December 2022 and reduces or removes duty on many industrial lines, provided the shipment carries the ECTA Certificate of Origin. Send your HS codes and we will confirm which lines qualify.
Is your packing compliant with Australian biosecurity?
Yes. Timber pallets and crates are ISPM 15 treated and marked, and we ship in clean containers, which is what the Australian and New Zealand biosecurity rules ask for.
Do you sell on open account or credit?
No. Export orders are paid by advance TT or by a letter of credit at sight, invoiced in US dollars. We confirm the price, Incoterm and shipment date in a proforma invoice before you pay.
Are you an authorised distributor for any brand in Australia & NZ?
No. We are an Indian supplier exporting what we source in India, and we do not hold distribution rights for any brand in Australia & NZ. Where a maker restricts export of a product, we tell you at quotation rather than after the order.
