Products that fit our customers
Industrial products our existing customers already buy or ask us for: lubrication and lubrication equipment, welding and cutting, fire protection and safety, surge protection, dust and fume extraction, and plant consumables.
Verifiable quality
Published datasheets, test reports and certifications (ISO 9001, CE, UL or the standard that applies to the product) that an Indian buyer or inspector can check.
A workable India price
Ex-works or FOB pricing, minimum order and lead time that allow us to stock or supply at a price Indian buyers accept, with import duty and GST added.
Support after the sale
Spare parts, warranty handling and technical support, so a customer in India is not left without help once the product is installed.
What to send us
- Company profile — name, country, website, years in business and factory location
- Products — catalogue and datasheets for the products you want to sell in India
- Certifications — copies of the certificates that apply
- Commercial terms — price basis (EXW or FOB), minimum order, lead time and payment terms
- India status — whether you already have partners in India, and whether you offer exclusive or non-exclusive distribution
- Samples — whether you can send samples or support a trial at a customer site
How we evaluate a proposal
- Fit. We check the product against what our customers buy and the brands we already carry.
- Verification. We check the datasheets and certificates against your published information and, where needed, ask for samples or a trial.
- Terms. If it fits, we agree price, territory and support in writing before we list the product or take orders.
