About the DS240-230/G
The DS240-230/G is the compact single-phase CITEL DS240 Type 2 surge protector in the “1+1” (CT2) arrangement: a varistor between line and neutral and a gas discharge tube between neutral and earth, giving common and differential mode protection on TT and TN networks. It is a plug-in module on a fixed DIN-rail base (spare module DSM240-230/G). CITEL lists the DAC40C-11-275 as its newer equivalent; the remote-signalling version is the DS240S-230/G.
